Supported Housing in Partnership

SHiP is a membership organisation comprising housing associations (Registered Providers) who provide supported housing.

We provide a forum for information sharing, training plus development of best practice through meetings, learning events, conferences and our website.

A significant part of our work is supporting members' work with their managing agents including member toolkits and resources.

SHiP is a limited company.

Oversight and Scrutiny of Supported Housing
29th December 2018

We are delighted that the MHCLG will be speaking at our Annual Conference on the 31st January 2019. This gives our members an opportunity to feed directly into the Government proposals.

If you can't be there please send any queries through to us so we can ask the question on your behalf.

Attached is an excellent presentation from Michaela Des Forges who attended the Agency Sub meeting about where the MHCLG is up to in its thinking.

Agency Management Contracts

Nick Billingham of Devonshire Solicitors is reviewing Agency Management Contracts.

Nick attended the Agency Sub meeting and took away many suggestions for update. We're looking forward to launching these at the SHiP conference on 31st January and 1st February 2019.
